Depthwork deep vibes, sweet dives

Coming to iPhone

Longer, calmer breath‑holds.

Depthwork is a freediving dry-training companion. Training tables built from your personal best, a program built around you and your recovery, and voice-guided breathwork from mindfulness to dive rehearsal.

Be first in when it launches. One email at launch, nothing else.

What Depthwork does

Tables from one number

Enter your personal best once. Every training table derives from it, guided by a calm voice from relaxation to recovery, and grows as you do.

A program built around you

Pick your training days; the four-week cycle does the rest. Rest is enforced, retests are scheduled, and it watches your recovery so you don't have to.

Rehearse the dive

Visualise the dive with a calm voice calling the depths: equalise early, find the freefall, hang, and surface.

Every table starts from one number

Tell Depthwork your personal best once. Every training table is derived from it: hold lengths, rests, how hard a session leans on you. Each derived value stays editable, so the table you run is always the one you chose.

When your best improves, the tables grow with it. Nothing to recalculate, nothing to look up.

It says what to train, and when to rest

Pick your training days and the four-week cycle plans everything else: which session runs today, which days are for recovering, and when to retest your best.

Rest days are enforced, not suggested. Recovery is part of the program, not a gap in it.

Inside a session

A session is quiet by design. A calm voice and a slow dial carry you through each phase. The screen stays dark, and everything on it is legible at arm's length.

What it tells you afterwards

Every session ends in a plain account of what happened: each round's hold, where the urge to breathe arrived, and how the effort sits against your history.

A new personal best is marked in gold. Nothing else ever is.

A session summary screen: a round-by-round breakdown of holds, with one personal-best round marked in gold.

Rehearse the dive on dry land

Lie down, close your eyes, and dive without water. A calm voice calls the depths as you descend: equalise early, find the freefall, hang, and make the long return to the surface.

Rehearsed dry, so the real dive feels familiar.

Safety and design principles

Safety first

Dry training only. Depthwork never asks you to hold your breath in water. Never train in or near water without a trained buddy.

Calm by design

No streaks, no badges, no noise. A quiet training companion that respects your attention as much as your recovery.
